If you’re moving from another cPanel host, we can probably handle the transfer for you. Please bear in mind that the conditions at your old hosting account is completely outside of our control–so no promises, but we’ll do our honest best to help make the transition as smooth as possible.

    If your site being moved contains a forum or other active, dynamic content, we suggest disabling content updates before transferring your site so there are no changes to the database during the moving process. (Forums would use maintenance mode, for example.) If the database is being updated during the move, you could lose content or potentially corrupt your database. If you need help or have questions, please explain in the “Comments” field when submitting this transfer request.
